Yes. Every hauler on DumpRun passes a background check, carries commercial insurance, and maintains a minimum 4.5-star rating. If a hauler drops below that threshold, they're removed from the platform.
In our launch markets, same-day pickup is available for bookings placed before 2pm. You choose a 2-hour window and track your hauler in real-time. Need it faster? Our Rush option gets a hauler there within 60 minutes for a $30 premium.
We're not a landfill shuttle. Items in good condition are routed to local donation centers (Habitat ReStore, Goodwill). Recyclables go to certified recycling facilities. Only true junk goes to the landfill. You'll get a disposal report showing where everything went.
